Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out that the effect of the Career Resilience on the Employment Anxiety and Employment Preparation Behavior of college students majoring in airline service. A questionnaire survey was conducted to empirically examine the interrelationship posited in this study. A total of 200 valid questionnaires were used for the analysis. The statistical analysis was conducted by Model 4 of the process macro developed by Hayes(2013). The results are as follows. First, the employment anxiety had positive effects on employment preparation behavior. Second, the career resilience had positive effects on employment preparation behavior. Third, employment anxiety had positive effects on employment preparation behavior. Fourth, there was a significant positive mediating effect of career resilience between employment anxiety and employment preparation behavior. These results show that career resilience is a social ability that can be developed through learning and experience, and is also an important variable influencing between employment anxiety and employment preparation behavior.
