Abstract

In addition to the global economic difficulties caused by the radio waves of Covid-19, the employment stress of college students has become a social problem due to the recent difficulty in finding employment. In this study, by analyzing the effects of the stagnation of the employment market on the employment preparation behavior and employment stress of university students due to the spread of Covid-19, we learned about the employment-related psychology of university students and became uneasy about employment preparation in the situation of Covid-19.
