Abstract

The article considers the paradigm of criminal procedural investigation of crimes in cybernetic space. The composition of the named paradigm is defi ned, which includes fi ve basic elements forming a hierarchy of categories: "information", data", "knowledge", "trace" and "proof". At the same time, each of the top-level categories is based on all the previous ones and uses its properties. The key features of the selected elements due to the composition and structure of the cybernetic space are considered.
