Abstract

The issues of interaction between schools, colleges, universities and enterprises on the creation and management of human capital of the agro-industrial complex are considered. The issues of creating educational and labor paths are highlighted. A monitoring system has been created that is necessary for all participants in social interaction. The processes of professional monitoring are analyzed. Conclusions are drawn on the creation of a unified technology for the “personnel movement” of the agro-industrial complex.
