Abstract
The effort is undertaken to apply systems thinking to getting
 insights in how to implement competence-based approach in education.
 The author considers specific aspects related to implementing
 the mentioned approach in the educational process, using «cognitive
 dialogue» — based technologies with regard to theoretic and methodical
 aspects of applying technologies of such kind.
