Abstract

The article proposes the author’s concept of forming a model of a self-learning organization as a tool for effective continuous self-development of a company based on personalized learning using expert design and creatively authorized educational technologies. The key features of methodological approaches to the formation of organizational-pedagogical and organizational-managerial mechanisms for the development of professional skills of an interdisciplinary nature, ensuring professional identity and adaptation of personnel to constant changes in professional activity, are revealed.
