Abstract
This study is to examine the structural relationship between creative leadership, self-efficacy and innovation behavior. Questionnaires that were answered by 257 airline employees of domestic airlines were subjected to final analysis. The collected data were subjected to multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 22.0 Statistic Program. The results of the study are as follows. First, creative leadership which includes personal leadership, problem-solving leadership, and social leadership had a positive influence on innovation behavior. Second, creative leadership had a partial positive influence on self-efficacy which includes cognitive efficacy, emotional leadership, and social leadership. Third, self-efficacy which includes cognitive efficacy had a positive influence on innovation behavior. Fourth, self-efficacy was verified as effective on mediating between creative leadership and innovative behavior. What is noteworthy in the results of this study is that cognitive efficacy acts as an important variable between creative leadership and innovative behavior. Practical implication and suggestions for future research are also discussed.
