Abstract

A comparative analysis of the results of chest X-ray examinations was carried out in 346 patients with a clinically diagnosed novel coronavirus infection COVID-19, confirmed by laboratory tests. All patients underwent low-dose digital radiography and multi-slice computed tomography (MSCT) of the chest organs. Patients with radiological signs of pneumonia were identified, from which cases with interstitial changes were selected. As a result of low-dose digital chest radiography, radiological signs of acute interstitial pneumonia were revealed in 119 (52%) patients, and with MSCT, pneumonia was revealed in 308 (89%) patients. During dynamic monitoring on digital radiographs, post-Covid changes were detected in 224 (64.7%) patients, and with CT – in 308 patients.
