Abstract
This study inquires into the time-periodic characteristics of Korean elementary and secondary Social Studies curriculum from syllabus period to 2015 revised national curriculum. I took a chronological approach, dividing curricula of Social Studies into introductory period, setting period, growth period, transformational period.
