Abstract

The history of the Russian school and pedagogy of the Soviet period turned out to be extremely dramatic and contradictory. The movement of education along the ascending line, the increment of pedagogical knowledge took place in social conditions that impede free ideological controversy, in an atmosphere of repression, dictatorship and censorship of official authorities, and reduced contact with world pedagogical science and educational practice. The article deals with the problem of building a modern system of education quality management is inextricably linked with the change of the existing content of education and educational technologies.
