Abstract

The article presents a historical analysis of the development of the development of criminalistic divisions of the internal affairs bodies of Kazakhstan. The author draws attention to the fact that at the initial stage of its formation in Europe and Russia, the forensic service had a police orientation. With the establishment of Soviet power on the territory of Kazakhstan, along with the creation of new law enforcement agencies, the tasks were set to ensure the process of disclosing, investigating and preventing crimes with modern scientific and technical methods, methods and means, and to solve them in 1923 in St. In Orenburg, the Kazakh regional school for the command of the police was organized, and in 1924, on the basis of the GAU of the NKVD of Kazakhstan, a scientific and technical subdivision was organized in the criminal investigation department. The author comes to the conclusion that the beginning of the development of the criminalistic divisions of the internal affairs bodies of Kazakhstan was laid by the creation of a scientific and technical subdivision in the criminal investigation police and the path of development of the criminalistic divisions of the internal affairs bodies of Kazakhstan was long and fruitful. Currently, the personnel of the criminalistic service of the internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan performs important work on solving crimes and makes a worthy contribution to the fight against crime.
