Abstract

The article discusses the issue of filling the content of training at the preparatory department for foreign citizens with regionally oriented didactic units. The authors substantiate the need for the formation of regionally oriented communicative competence of foreign students of the preparatory department and, based on existing criteria and principles for selecting the content of training, as well as on the basis of previous studies. They propose an option for filling the content of training as one of the pedagogical conditions for the formation of regionally oriented communicative competence of foreign students of the preparatory department.
