Abstract

This article is devoted to the actual problems of legal regulation of state-confessional relations in Kyrgyzstan. The author conducts a historical review of the development of these relations, analyzes the current legislation and identifies the challenges facing modern society. The article offers recommendations for improving the legal situation in this area, taking into account the diversity of religious beliefs in the country.
