Abstract
The article explains the development of a monitoring system for electrical power and energy consumption of rural households in order to obtain reliable data on daily, monthly and annual loads, the wind speed and direction, voltage and current on solar panel, which are necessary to develop a methodology for choosing equipment for RES-based power supply system for rural households in central region of Russia.
