An analysis of the income and expenditure of universities and the provision of computer and interactive equipment for training is carried out. It highlights the main problems and substantiates the need to develop a list of factors that explicitly and implicitly affecting the quality of higher education. The study is aimed at finding solutions to the problems faced by the current system of higher education management. Despite the fact that there are systems for collecting statistical information and methods for assessing the quality of higher education, there is still a need to revise them for efficiency, convenience, transparency, and adaptability to new conditions. The solution of these problems through the creation of a new information platform can ensure an increase in access to high-quality higher education, have a positive impact on the development of the educational sector and improve the quality of higher education.
