Abstract
This research aims to identify the effect Psychological Happiness on the Life Satisfaction and Job Satisfaction according to Employees` Participation in Life Sports. The research subjects were employees` who live Gyeonggi, Gangwon and Chungbuk region and participate in life sport, and 327 employees` were sampled using convenience sampling. Date was processed using SPSSWIN Ver. 17.0 program, with which the frequency analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were conducted. The hypotheses verified and conclusions derived are as follows: First, Psychological Happiness has a statically significant affect on Life Satisfaction. Second, Psychological Happiness has a statically significant affect on Job Satisfaction. Third, Life Satisfaction has a statically significant affect on Job Satisfaction.
