Abstract
In this article, the author analyze the problems of managing the judicial load, rationing the judicial load. System of labor standards, as well as in other types of professional activities, is used in the judicial system to optimize and increase the productivity of the workflow. At the same time, it is correct to talk about the whole range of work carried out by the judge, and not just about procedural actions. Labor rationing should include a complete analysis of labor activity, based on an adequate assessment of the employee's contribution to the court's activities, the costs of the entire range of efforts. The author propose primary mechanisms and ways to reduce the judicial burden.
