Abstract

В статье проведен анализ стадий разработки бизнес-модели предприятия на основе технологий регионального сетевого франчайзинга в современных социально-экономических условиях. Рассмотрены вопросы выбора подходящей бизнес-модели для предприятия, описана бизнес-модель франчайзинга, успешно функционирующая в сфере общественного питания. Доказано, что определяющими факторами эффективности деятельности сервисных предприятий является грамотный и взвешенный выбор бизнес-модели. Приведены примеры наиболее успешных российских и мировых франшиз. The article analyzes the stages of developing a business model of an enterprise based on regional network franchising technologies in modern socio-economic conditions. The issues of the importance of choosing a suitable business model for an enterprise are considered, the business model of franchising, which successfully operates within the framework of the catering sector, is described. It is proved that the determining factors of the efficiency of service enterprises are a competent and balanced choice of a business model. Examples of the most successful Russian and global franchises are given.
