Abstract

The paper presents the results of studies on the selection of parameters for the sorption-chromatographic isolation of cocarboxylase (thiamine diphosphate) from a mixture of thiamine esters method development. The use of sulfonic cation exchanger KU-2-20 with the solution flow rate 0.2 ml/min during the release of thiamine triphosphate and 1.5 ml/min during the release of thiamine diphosphate is shown to be promising.
