Abstract

In the scientific article the essence of the strategy of indirect actions is disclosed. The factors of human development that influenced the actualization of the application of these strategies by subjects of geopolitical confrontation in modern conditions were considered. The essence of hybrid threats as an element of realization of strategies of indirect actions is revealed. Proposed, on the basis of system-activity approach, author's model of development and implementation of the strategy of indirect actions.Based on the analysis of relevant research and scientific publications of domestic and foreign scientists, one can conclude that within the framework of philosophy, political science, security science and military science, considerable attention is paid to the study of problems regarding strategic approaches to the implementation of the foreign policy of the state and the provision of national security, the formation of geostrategic of the country in the world arena, modern forms of warfare and geopolitical confrontation.Despite the considerable scientific achievements of domestic and foreign researchers on the actual problems of threats to national security, we must state that there are few scientific works in which the issues of the theoretical foundations of the development of indirect action strategies, the formation of hybrid threats (within the framework of the implementation of these strategies) and management of the latter as tools of achievement geopolitical goals in the current conditions of geopolitical confrontation.The purpose of the article is to consider the strategy of indirect actions as a tool of geopolitical confrontation in the current conditions of international conflict, as well as the construction of a model of the development and implementation of an indirect action strategy within the system-activity approach.It is believed that for the achievement of geopolitical goals by certain subjects of international relations, the formation of a holistic institutional system, which includes a wide range of formal (state) and non-formal (non-governmental) subjects of public policy, national security and business, is envisaged.The potential subjects of such a system include:1. At the state level;2. At the non-governmental level;3. At the strategic level;4. At the organizational level;5. At the functional level.
