Abstract

Within the framework of institutional informal logic, through the prism of the term «trust», becoming more complex and multidimensional, when looking at and studying the parameters of the activities of certain companies in the transport industry, it is not so much the results of financial and economic activities themselves that are important to us in isolation from everything else; but it is important for us to study their interconnection with indicators related to trust, socio-cultural capital, psychological and behavioral factors, cognitive distortions, through systems of indicators that will be associated with socio-cultural capital, and will simultaneously represent three areas: interaction with the state; internal environment and external environment (formation of mixed portraits of interaction in the «state-society-business» matrix or b2b, b2c, or more complex models). The goal is to prove that the transport industry is not just an industry that is engaged in transport and logistics activities, but an industry that accumulates and produces socio-cultural capital that affects the development of complex macrosystems. The method or methodology of the work: the article used methods of induction, analysis, synthesis and abstraction; scientific and theoretical method; method of research and comparison. Results. It is proved that within the framework of the transport industry there are several factors that form meanings that affect people, the state and business, which in the future can contribute to the growth of economic and business activity, as well as national identity and statehood in general. Scope of application of the results. The results obtained are advisable to apply in the field of public administration, in educational institutions of senior and middle management, to economic entities when building their strategic activities, as well as to other subjects of transport and logistics activities.
