Abstract

With the advent of COVID-19, a lot of areas have suffered, included the area of Crewing activity. Crewing companies were have suffered of the expense not only in the economic aspect, but in the personnel aspect. The statistic revealed the reasons for the low motivation of the personnel of the Crewing companies and sailors at the time of the pandemic, recommendations were given to improve the personnel motivation system. The change of priorities of seafarers for the minds of the pandemic was analyzed, the main ways of non-material motivation were revealed, which companies should use at time of COVID-19 expansion.
