Abstract

Under current conditions, enterprises of an agricultural sector are in the state of constant competition. As a result, it is important to improve the mechanism of work motivation in order to increase the efficiency of the use of labour potential. An important task of an agricultural enterprise management is to direct the team efforts towards achieving the set objectives. The paper covers methodological principles of the determination of the efficiency of financial incentives for the staff of agricultural enterprises. The main salary tendencies have been analyzed and the ways of improving the mechanism of labour motivation and increasing the efficiency of financial incentives have been suggested. Having conducted the research on the enterprises in Ternopil region, it has been determined that financial incentives for labour potential in the agricultural sector are applied according to production conditions, natural and resource potential of business entities, peculiarities of the tasks performed etc. It has been determined that research on staff motivation is a necessary condition for creating and implementing an effective labour motivation at agricultural enterprises, taking into account current realities of the development of economic processes in an agricultural sector, various needs of the staff, material and non-material methods of stimulation creating conditions for the effective work performance of the staff of a certain business entity. Differentiation of incentives according to certain staff groups allows to conduct various types of organization changes, attract highly qualified specialists and contribute to better task achievements.
