Abstract

Theories of economic growth assume a significant impact of exports of processed goods. The state task of reorienting the raw material economy assumes real growth of exports of non-resource non-energy goods in the regions. In order to develop proposals for the development of NNE in the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) with the analysis of data from the Federal Customs Service of Russia, official statistics and professional communities using general scientific and private methods, the authors conclude that the set goals can be achieved only as a result of taking cardinal measures to support exports with prioritization by sectoral principle
