Abstract
At present, in the context of a difficult geopolitical situation, the application of an unprecedented number of economic sanctions against Russia, the task of targeted and at the same time effective spending of budgetary funds is urgent. In this regard, the forms of administrative management and control of the system of state and municipal procurement considered in the article, in particular, anti-dumping regulation carried out in order to protect public interest, are of particular practical interest. The article presents an analysis and assessment of the applied anti-dumping measures in the Russian contract system, which made it possible to identify the problems of applying anti-dumping measures in the system of state (municipal) procurement.
