Abstract
An analysis of the state of the existing transport system, airport network and landing sites of the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug was carried out in terms of meeting the needs of the region in year-round transport communication. The zones of the least transport accessibility and potential growth points of the region are determined. A scheme is proposed for the development of the re-gion's airfield network in order to replace the operation of helicopters with aircraft on local avia-tion routes, the cost of a flight hour of which is significantly lower.
