Abstract

The analysis of the use of units and military units in local wars and armed conflicts suggests that one of the main indicators that influence the success of the task is the availability of military units (units) of working models of weapons and military equipment. At the same time, one of the main sources of receipt of able-bodied samples of weapons and military equipment in the military units (units) in the course of hostilities is the return of them from stationary and mobile repair and restoration military units (units) after the completion of measures for their restoration. Therefore, a technique for assessing the effectiveness of a recovery system is proposed to evaluate the effectiveness of weapons and military equipment recovery. The essence of which is to obtain information about the reliability of the renewal of weapons and military equipment by nomenclature in each element of the structure of the system of reconstruction, the number of recovered weapons and military equipment at each level of the hierarchy, the number of non-covered weapons repair and restoration works, the number of weapons and equipment able-bodied samples of weapons and military equipment for each day of the operation (combat). The technique allows to vary the number of repair crews and their distribution in the links of the structure. Introduction of variable operational and tactical situations is realized mainly through the working time fund.
