Abstract

Aim. Demonstration of a clinical case of twice successfully completed surgical delivery in a patient with uterus didelphys. Key points. Uterus didelphys is the result of an embryological violation of the Muller ducts fusion process. It is associated with a deterioration in the reproductive function of a woman. Despite the significant correlation of uterine development abnormalities with infertility and miscarriage, this article demonstrates a clinical case of both functional uterine bodies in complete uterus doubling. And the second successfully completed pregnancy was in the hemiuterus with the presence of a scar from perforation of the right body. It should also be noted that both pregnancies occurred naturally. Conclusion. This clinical case demonstrates the possibility of spontaneous occurrence and termination of pregnancy with favorable maternal and perinatal outcomes in women with uterus didelphys. Key words: complete doubling of the uterus, reproductive function, cesarean section.
