Abstract
The article considers the problem of organizing career guidance activities in modern educational institutions. The author focuses on the analysis of information presented on the official websites of the general education schools of Altai Krai as an important component of the vocational guidance work of the school. The legal support of career guidance activities in accordance with modern requirements is also considered. The author proposes some ways to solve the stated problem using both the traditional methods that have shown their effectiveness, and the innovative techniques that correspond to the urgent needs of modern students and the society as a whole.
