Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship among the positive psychological capital, the exercise adherence intention, and the intensity of the subjective exercise of the members of broadcasting dance exercise.BR Method: For the result, frequency analysis, correlation analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression analysis, and one-way variance analysis were performed using the SPSS 21.0 statistical analysis package for data obtained from 183 women in the broadcast dance exercise.BR Results: The following conclusions were obtained. First, the positive psychological capital of members of the broadcast dance exercise positively influenced the exercise adherence intention. Second, there was a difference between the positive psychological capital and the exercise adherence intention in the subjective intensity of exercise of the members of the broadcast dance movement. Third, there was a difference in positive psychological capital and exercise adherence intention according to the age classification of the broadcast dance exercise members.BR Conclusion: Therefore, it is confirmed that participation in the broadcast dance exercise positively affects the exercise adherence intention through the effective increase of the positive psychological capital and that the subjective exercise intensity has a significant relationship between the positive psychological capital and the exercise adherence intention.
