Abstract
Purpose: This study is to verify the relationship among fun factors of table tennis players and their passion for exercise and positive psychological capital.<BR> Method: A questionnaire survey was conducted on a total of 445 people in 10 district table tennis clubs located in B Metropolitan City and K Area in 2019. Frequency analysis, reliability analysis, validity analysis, one-way variance analysis, and multiple regression analysis were used.<BR> Results: First, it was found that the fun factors (competence perception, team atmosphere, practice & benefits, and family support) of the table tennis players had a positive effect on exercise passion (harmony passion). Second, the fun factor (perception of competence) of the table tennis club showed positive effects on positive psychological capital (self-efficacy). Third, the exercise passion (harmony passion) of the table tennis club showed positive effects on positive psychological capital (self-efficacy, optimism, and recovery elasticity).<BR>Conclusion: In the study, it is found that there are a significant influence relationship among fun factors, exercise passion, and positive psychological capital for table tennis players.
