Значительное число исследователей китайских реформ сходится во мнении, что одним и важнейших двигателей китайского экономического роста в начальный период реформ стали так называемые поселково-волостные предприятия (乡镇企业 сянчжэнь цие, ПВП) (Ito, M.S. KRUGLOVA / TERRA ECONOMICUS, 2020, 18(4), 111–125 Наша гипотеза заключается в том, что в основу организации поселково-волостных предприятий лег традиционный китайский институт круговой поруки баоцзя3 (保甲). Рассматривая ПВП как институт, восходящий в своих истоках к более старому институту баоцзя, мы исходим из следующего понимания.
