Abstract
The study objective is to assess the reliability of the technological system of the manufacturing process of vibro–abrasive treatment in digital production. The problems to which the paper is devoted is are consideration of the importance to automate production preparation, the possibility of using vibro-abrasive treatment in digital production, issues of ensuring reliability in unmanned digital production. Research methods are mathematical modeling of the effect of the tolerance value and parameters spread of 5-15% (amplitude, frequency, radius of the circumscribed circle of the abrasive granule) on the reliability of vibration treatment in the abrasive medium. The novelty of the work is the conduct of the research and analysis of its results in order to ensure the reliability of technological systems of manufacturing processes of vibration-abrasive treatment, which result in getting the dependences of the accuracy margin coefficient on the tolerance value and the parameters spread on the roughness and thickness of the removed layer; recommendations on the design of manufacturing processes ensuring its reliability are given. Conclusion: the results obtained will allow to assess the reliability of the manufacturing process of vibration-abrasive treatment at the design stage.
