Abstract

The article provides a detailed analysis of the components of digital transformation in industrial enterprises that contribute to the sustainable development of industries through the formation of collaborative ties at many levels of economic activity. The study focuses on the organizational and economic interactions that arise in the process of implementing a systematic approach to creating an extensive digitalization model in industry. The objectives of the study include the analysis and integration of existing methods of digital transformation within the framework of the innovation economy. The material for the work is collected from scientific articles, statistical data and analytical reviews available on the Internet. Comparative analysis techniques, inductive and deductive methods, as well as theoretical and statistical approaches to analysis are used. The adoption of a systematic approach to digitalization at industrial enterprises in an innovative economy is recognized as integral to maintaining sustainable development. Comprehensive exploration and implementation of digital technologies, supported by strategic planning and professional development of personnel, provide a strong foundation for effective transformation and strengthening of the competitive position in the global market. Key findings include identifying key areas of digital transformation in the industrial sector, identifying key technologies, identifying challenges associated with digitalization and developing interventions to address them, and formulating an algorithm for achieving digital transformation.
