Abstract

Based on the results of the socio-economic analysis of the catering company, the au-thors developed and proposed recommen-dations for the introduction of modern meth-ods of innovation management in the per-sonnel work of the enterprise under study, which, according to the calculations of indi-cators with a forecast value, should have a positive effect.
