Abstract

In the article, based on modern concepts and the competency model of leadership, levels of formation of a military leader’s position are determined, and professional requirements for the officer-leader are formulated. With the use of the case method, the features of development of leadership qualities of future military master-degree servicemen are revealed. A system of professional skills of a military leader (analytical-synthetic, prognostic-corrective, creative, managerial) is designed, which is to be developed using the case method.
