Abstract

The article is devoted to doctrinal issues of the relationship between the state (political) regime and other elements of the form of the state: the form of government and the form of government. The author comes to the conclusion that, despite the mutual influence of all elements of the form of the state, the determining factor for the characteristics of a particular state is still the state (political) regime. It is the methods of power, the current political practice that determine the specific objective and subjective varieties of the corresponding forms of government and government structure, determined by various reasons. It can be stated that the state regime makes it possible to implement the legal characteristics of the form of government in different ways, taking into account the real situation of government bodies of different branches of government in a particular period, as well as the implementation of the actual form of government in the corresponding state.
