Abstract
The issue of digitalization as the introduction and improvement of using modern computer technologies in the functioning of justice institutions is relevant in the age of information technologies development. Remote participation technologies by using online services, AVR systems (audio, video recording) increasingly becomе the subject of attention, because they allow to solve problems when direct personal participation is not possible. It is proposed to conduct remote interrogation or interrogations by using videoconferencing systems established by the norms of current legislation both in conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic and in everyday life, which allows the judicial authorities to consider cases in their proceedings in time.
