Abstract
The study discusses the main aspects of social management of modern organizations. The author regards the relationship humanization in the person – organization system as one of the key aspects of this process. At the same time, the ongoing social transformation can be considered as its main determinant. This determines the changes in the regulation forms of interaction in the internal environment of an organization and its relations with the external social environment, the application of innovative methods of social management, the reflection of the main trends of social development in management practice. Increasing efficiency and effectiveness of organizations, providing their employees with the opportunities to fulfill their professional and personal potential as well as assisting in successfully addressing the problems of modern society can be treated as the result of these processes.
