Abstract
The article reveals the structure of the sectoral qualifications framework (SQF) in the training of border guards of the EU member states. The author has studied the experience of EU Member States in order to implement it into the professional training system of the personnel of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine. The SQF for Border Guards elaborated by the EU border protection agency FRONTEX comprises several documents, namely: SQF built by educational (academic) characteristics, competencies profiles, cross-reference tables, the guide to integrate fundamental rights into the border guard’s training, which will facilitate implementation of SQF by the member states on the national level and direct them regarding issues of curriculum development grounding on the qualifications.t-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"; mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman";mso-ansi-language:EN-GB;mso-fareast-language: RU;mso-bidi-language:AR-SA'>National academy of the State
