Abstract

The article deals with motivation features of labor activity in light industry. History of motivation management and the state of light industry in the Soviet period and the crisis era of the 90s are of special attention. The impact of the current economic situation on motiva-tion policy of Russian enterprises in this industry is considered. Recommendations to im-prove motivation system at light industry enterprises are proposed.
