Abstract
Presented is experience of Fund for infrastructure and educational programs of Rusnano as to supplying by actual cadres scientific capacity industries. Discussed are effects of participation of universities in educational project of the fund in dynamic for period of 10 years. Shown is, what changes occurred in the structure of educational training, content of educational programs, and infrastructure of the project. Also shown is, how approaches, proposed in the project, influenced on practice of routine activity of the fund, how transformed its image, and was being formed its partnership connections with enterprises of real sector of economics.
