Abstract

The main calculation formulas for dynamic modeling of processes occurring in the nodes and links of mechanisms and machines are given in this article, taking into account the dimensions between the face of the parts in the interfaces of the links of the mechanism. The developed methods for the theoretical analysis of mechanisms make it possible to reduce the negative impact of the use of the idea of ??joints as ideal hinges in computational models. In the proposed model, the joint is an elastic-friction system, where contact deformations, internal friction, damping forces, and after-effect processes of the elastic-friction system are taken into account. At the same time, expressions are included in the calculation model, with the help of which it is possible to determine the dependence of forces on the errors of the links of mechanisms. This allows you to evaluate changes in dynamic processes, and use these data when calculating clearances.
