Abstract
This article discusses the issues of the state of employment and unemployment in the Kyrgyz Republic, identifies the main problems affecting their dynamics, analyzes the indicators characterizing the state of affairs in the labor market, which led to the conclusion that the labor market of Kyrgyzstan is labor surplus, a certain part of the able-bodied population is unemployed, the standard of living is low, almost a quarter of the population is poor, especially the rural population and socially vulnerable segments of the population: women, people with disabilities, youth, an analysis of population reproduction indicators was carried out, the growth of labor migration, the process of creating a single labor market within the framework of the EAEU, measures to improve the situation of labor migrants are analyzed. It is proposed to enter the free capital market, which contributes to the expansion of opportunities for the migration of workers to other countries of the EAEU, thereby contributing to the disclosure of the internal abilities of a person, the growth of his labor and human capital and will ensure the further development of the country.
