Abstract
In the modern world, there are more and more noticeable tendencies to shift the focus to the young, extending to the information, production and professional environment, which is manifested in the rejuvenation of personnel in all verticals of the company. The trend towards youth reasonably brings to the fore the issue of studying personal maturity as one of the leading factors that determines the professional and personal effectiveness of working youth - to what extent their professional and personal effectiveness is related to the acquisition of maturity, whether its absence can be compensated by other qualities, or, it is permissible to assume transformation of the structure of the phenomenon under the influence of external socio-cultural and economic realities, which must be taken into account when considering the effectiveness of subjects of labor activity. This article is devoted to the study of the characteristics of the personal maturity of the younger generation, it provides an analysis of modern ideas about the maturity of the individual in domestic and foreign psychology, highlights the main approaches to studying the structure and components of personal maturity, which were proposed as fundamental in various studies and are considered in the present. The provides a theoretical analysis of publications devoted to the study of the dispositional and socio-psychological characteristics of modern youth, which determine its effectiveness in labor activity and works aimed at studying the phenomenon based on the approach of the relationship between age and personality maturity. The main purpose is to identify the key elements of considering the issue of the success of young people in work, where the central phenomenon is the maturity of the individual, and also suggests the problem of building a model of personal maturity of modern youth, which determines their professional activity and efficiency.
