Abstract

The article reveals the theoretical and practical aspects of conducting business in social networks. The distinctive features and capabilities of the most popular social networks: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok were studied and the peculiarities of conducting business in these popular social networks were studied. The study of the influence of social networks on the promotion and efficiency of business was conducted on the example of the flower market. In recent years, the flower business has experienced a decline, which was caused first by the crisis and then by the war in the country. Today, Instagram has become one of the best platforms for running a floristry business. This social network has provided many useful tools and advantages for the owners of this business: it allows you to sell online, present goods and services on the network, monitor detailed account statistics, as well as follow coverage and feedback. All this became possible thanks to the creation, adjustment and promotion of the company's business profile. A business profile on Instagram is a company or brand account filled with features, as well as effective tools for making sales, presenting goods and services online. A business page provides many opportunities that are not available to ordinary users: the ability to connect applications and add-ons for sales, convenient setting of targeting, advertising, as well as viewing statistics. A study of the impact of the business profile on the effectiveness of the advertising process was conducted. With the correct use of targeted advertising, you can significantly save time and budget and attract a target audience that will be interested in this product. The process of creating a business page on Instagram was considered and, as an example, a business page for a flower shop was developed, its settings and targeting were carried out. An ordinary page of a flower shop on the Instagram social network was taken as a basis. Next, a transition from a regular page to a business page was made. Creating a business profile on the most popular social networks such as Instagram and Facebook will allow companies to attract more and more new customers, increase their profits, and draw attention to their brand.
