Abstract

The article explores the problems, essence and features of the logistics infrastructure of the Kharkiv Metro, identifies the possibilities for its improvement, updating, and development, substantiates the main approaches to the problems of developing the enterprise infrastructure as an effective tool for managing it. A list of tasks that need to be researched and solved is outlined: improving the quality of passenger service, ensuring their safety and comfort of transportation, compliance with traffic schedules, saving capital costs, saving electricity, expanding the list of additional services. The described transformations can be achieved by replacing the existing train driving systems with an auto-driving system, integrating the existing fare collection system into a unified e-ticket system for all types of urban public transport, expanding additional services for passengers and raising their awareness of train schedules and the operation of the enterprise as a whole. The development of the theory and methodology of improving the work of the country's transport industry has identified a list of tasks that need to be investigated and solved. In particular - improving the quality of passenger service, ensuring their safety and comfort, compliance with train schedules, saving of capital costs for the repair of rolling stock and rail facilities by increasing their resource, saving electricity, which for metropoliten is mainly achieved by optimizing the movement of trains along sections of the track between stations. The development and functioning of urban passenger transport systems (including metropoliten) provides for the solution of problems of creating an effective, safe and environmentally friendly system, focused primarily on the interests of passengers. In Ukrainian metro, the need has long been ripe for replacing existing train driving systems with an automatic driving system, the main advantage of which is a combination of all of the above functions at once: ensuring safety, compliance with traffic schedules, saving electricity, extending the service life of rolling stock (wheelsets) and rail facilities.
