Abstract

The article presents the scientific controver-sy of the formation of human resources in the conditions of digital transformation of the economy. A detailed analysis of the indica-tive assessment of the level of innovative activity of organizations in the Russian Fed-eration by type of economic activity was car-ried out, the level of staffing of organizations engaged in innovative activities in the field of information technology was determined, and the level of training in the field of information technology and related fields of education related to the intensive use of ICT was as-sessed. The article identifies the main prob-lems hindering the training of personnel in the field of digitalization, and ways to solve them. The results obtained can be used for further scientific research within the frame-work of digital and innovation issues, as well as applied in practice in order to substantiate management decisions by enterprise man-agement and public authorities.
