الکبت فی الحضارة الغربیة المعاصرة قراءة فی فلسفة هربرت مارکیوز

Abstract

يعد مارکيوز من أبرز الفلاسفة المارکسيين الکاشفين عن زيف المجتمعات الرأسمالية المعاصرة وتلاعبها بالإنسان، إذ جعلت من الإنسان وسيلة لخدمة غايتها الطامحة إلى تحقيق المزيد من الفوائد والأرباح. وقد أکد مارکيوز على أن الحضارة الرأسمالية الراهنة ترفع شعار الحرية، لکن هذه الحرية شکل بدون مضمون حقيقي، فهذه الحضارة لا تعرف الحرية عبر تاريخها البعيد، فهي نشأت على الکبت عامة، وکبت الغرائز خاصة، وما زال الکبت مستمرا حتى الآن، وأن التحرر من هذه القيود يتطلب الثورة على الرأسمالية، وأن نستبدل بها نظام آخر هو الاشتراکية الإنسانية. Abstract Marcuse is regarded as one of the most prominent Marxist philosophers unveiling the falsity of contemporary capitalist societies and their manipulation of man. They dealt with man as a means to achieve their ends, aiming at more benefits and profits. Marcuse asserts that present capitalist civilization adopts the symbol of freedom, but this freedom is a form without real content. In fact, western civilization does not know the real freedom throughout its long history. This is mainly because it is established generally on repression, particularly the repression of instincts. This repression is still prevailing, and liberation from these chains requires revolting against capitalism, and being replaced with humanist socialism.
