ОНЛАЙН-ЛІДЕРСТВО ТА ГРУПОВА ЗГУРТОВАНІСТЬ В МЕНЕДЖМЕНТІ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ БУДІВЕЛЬНОЇ ГАЛУЗІ

Abstract

The results of the survey indicate the growing significance of the term online leadership and group cohesion in the field of hr – management of enterprises in the construction industry, there are cases of gaps in digital professional communications that arise in everyday work, especially in specific conditions (autonomous remote work in conditions of a pandemic, forced emigration during martial law from Ukraine). Working groups or project groups cooperate in professional groups (labor teams). It is shown that the socio-economic efficiency of work of professional groups (productivity, etc.) is directly dependent on the level of group cohesion. Passive personnel and motivation policy, professional development of employees is not fully realized; management pays more attention to business and profit than to caring for subordinates; lack of socio-psychological analysis of the workforce; low/weak coefficients of group dynamics; indicators of employee satisfaction with work are below average, there are cases of conflicts between team members, a feeling of "internal liberation". In the conditions (pandemic covid-19, martial law), stress processes were activated, which can cause maladaptation to working life. Possible forms of knowledge management at enterprises in the construction industry: investing in professional development: training, retraining or upgrading the qualifications of employees; providing opportunities for non-formal education, self-management; encouraging participation in corporate trainings for personal growth, dedicated to, for example, effective business communication, mastering time management skills, which will allow employees to free up more time for acquiring new knowledge and participating in the exchange program; training in digital development programs offered by the Ministry of Digital Transformation through educational series and automated testing. Along with professional skills programs, the formation and effectiveness of social development plans to ensure harmonious group dynamics and functional communications is important.
